A tough 1875 key date trade dollar graded VG 8 by NGC. It carries the perfect amount of detail for the grade with perfect original surfaces. We have never before ever offered this date in this grade level certified problem free such as this one. The 1875 Philadelphia Mint trade dollar is a very under-rated and just flat out under-appreciated date to the series.
This key date coin holds a small mintage of only 218,200. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 1,000 have survived in all grades today. it is the only one graded Very Good by NGC.
