1968 Small Block Chevy Main Cap Set 7178N

Description

I have a 2 bolt main cap set with large journals that was removed from a 1968 302/327 block with the casting number 3914678 they were stamped 1.2.3.4 in the order they were removed, I believe these can only be used only on this year block because GM had a different location for the main cap bolts and the bolts were only 3 inches long and then in 1969 they went with the standard that was used for many years with the 3"3/8 long washer head bolt.
These have the casting numbers 7178 N and also comes with the original bolts with the letters C/P on the head of the bolt.
