Photo Quality Description:
The photos are a mix of stock photos and actual photos that I take. The photo color might differ slightly from the actual shade you receive but you will receive the correct
Color Name or Product number.
Some products also look larger or smaller on screen than what they are.  You will receive the correct size as the description in the post.  The camera and/or the available lighting may cause differences in the actual colors or size specifications. Each computer monitor shows different variations of colors, sizes & shades. I attempt to duplicate the actual shade of the item as closely as possible to the best of my ability but it is not always possible.  Please investigate all colors or product numbers online if you are unsure or ask before purchasing.
I am unable to accept returns for the reason of "Doesn't match description or photos" for differences if you received the correct
Color Name or Product Number.
Damage Policy:
If a order arrives damaged,
please send me an ebay message.  Y
ou must retain the product until arrangments can be made for a return and/or refund.
All damages or defects must be submitted with photos to show proof of claim
for insurance purposes.
Return Policy:
All returns must be in original condition. All tags must still be in place. All cosmetics must be unused and unopened. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
We gladly accept most returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days unless otherwise stated. If for ANY reason you feel you cannot leave 5 star feedback, have any questions, or would like to return your item, please contact me first and I will be happy to help. I do charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns that are not due to anything of our fault.
Payment
All payments are expected within a 24 hour period of purchasing your item.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that all sales are final and binding.
Shipping
We use USPS First Class for most items under 15.99 oz. and Priority or ground transport for everything over 16 oz.  The standard shipping time is approximately 2-10 days depending on zone location. All items have a 1 to 2 business day processing time, and will usually be shipped within 48 hours of payment being received (excluding Saturday and Sunday, and all federal holidays where the USPS is not open).  We do not ship on weekends.  All packages that are required will be wrapped carefully to prevent damage, and include a tracking number.
International Shipping Policy:
Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your countrys customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
First Class Mail International (economy shipping) does not include insurance or any reimbursement for lost or damaged packages.
Tracking is not available once the package goes out of US soil.
Wrong Address or Missing Mail Policy:
If you do not receive your package within the estimated time of delivery given, please send me a message on eBay so we can help investigate the lost package.  I cannot control the USPS and sometimes they do loose mail.
If the package is
Returned To Sender
due to: insufficient address, wrong address, addressee unknown or any reason given of this nature, I will notify you via eBay messaging. I will ask you of the new address and require you to pay the shipping fee to resend the package or I can issue a refund minus the original shipping costs.
