All items are sold as-is in the listed condition and by bidding/buying you comply to these terms. If there is anything major, I will mention it in the description. The listed condition and pictures are the most accurate depiction of the item. Unfortunately, I can no longer fulfill order cancellations due to strict standards for top seller accounts and transaction defect rates. I must hold my customers to these same expectations. Please make sure you have carefully read over the description, asked any questions, and thought your decision over thoroughly before completing the checkout process.
2. NO RETURNS
The listing preselects free returns for top seller account listings. However, I do not have a satisfaction guarantee policy. I.e., wrong size, don’t like it, or changed your mind. Unless it is a listing error on my behalf, then we can come to a compromise. The only way I will honor a partial refund is if the item is severely damaged during shipment to the point where it is defective. I am not responsible for cracked cases due to mishandling by the post office. If the item arrives defective, please DO NOT resort to leaving negative or neutral feedback. Send pictures as proof and I will issue a partial refund of the full amount less fees and shipping.
3. SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
The majority of my items are shipped in bubble mailers to save on expenses as I am an individual seller. Thin cardboard is placed in the front and back of select items. All other items will be shipped in boxes with added protection. The shipping method will depend on the distance of delivery, value of the item, and weight of package. Regardless of the prefilled shipping details stated in the listing. The post office has primarily resumed normal operations since the pandemic but please allow extra time for media mail. I ship within 48 hours and anything purchased Friday through Sunday will be shipped out by Monday. I offer free shipping where applicable. Expedited shipping is available at the buyer’s expense. If your package has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please send me a message rather than opening an unreceived item case.
