El General Ostrich Cowboy boots

Description

These amazing ostrich leather boots are made by El General. The boots are stamped 23 1/2 but that doesn't seem to convert to an appropriate shoe size. A friend who wears a size 6 1/2 woman's shoe could not get her foot in the boot.
Here are the measurements:
Heel to snip (pointy) toe - 11 1/2"
Widest part at the ball of the foot on the sole 3 1/2"
Diameter of boot just above the ankle 12 - 12 1/2"
Please measure your foot to see if these will fit you.
They are VERY well made. Notice the nails in the sole in the photos.
