General Shipping Information
Packaging is very important to us and we want to ensure how an item is documented, is the way the item is delivered. This item will be shipped for free using USPS First Class Mail. The item will be packaged in a recyclable, secure, and padded eBay cardboard box. Multiple purchases will be packaged in the same box and may use an alternate service/carrier depending on size, weight, and area. Estimated date(s) of arrival is shown at checkout. Faster paid shipping is available during checkout and must be selected before payment. If you need an item to arrive by a particular date, please message us before purchasing and we will gladly advise on the available shipping services to accommodate the request.
Regardless of when you receive a shipment notification for your order, packages are always handed over to the shipping carrier Monday-Friday (excluding Holidays) by 4:30PM PST and Saturday's (excluding Holidays) by 1:30PM PST. This does not affect transit time since all shipments for the day are processed by the carrier after public business hours. Any purchases made around or after the above drop off times, will be handed over to the carrier on the following business day's drop off time. USPS shipments require 12-48 hours from drop off time to begin receiving tracking scans. In very rare instances, USPS first scan may occur a few days after drop off in the destination state's distribution center. Alternate carrier services will always receive a drop off scan.
While most orders will be delivered before or on the shown estimated date(s), it is just that, an estimate. Delays occur and are not in our control. Please be mindful of this around holidays throughout the year and during the end of year holiday season. We are generally proactive in opening package research cases if we notice a shipment has not received any new updates in over 7 business days. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure their address is correct at the time of checkout. Addresses will NOT be changed after a purchase as it is against eBay policy and removes any protections for both parties. The order will be canceled and may be reordered with the correct address. Expedited shipping services cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box and will be canceled if a P.O. Box address is used at checkout. If your package is being held by the carrier, it is the buyer's responsibility to pick it up or request a redelivery. Per carrier policy, the package will be returned to us after 14 days if it is not retrieved by the buyer.
International shipping is not available. However, you may use a shipping forwarder of your choice with the understanding that all buyer protections are nullified, per eBay policy regarding shipping forwarding services. Please ask questions before purchasing and understand what you are purchasing before doing so as there are NO RETURNS.
