PHANTOM TRACKING PHD1000 MOTORCYCLE/ATV/UTV Tracking Unit. Condition is "New".
This is a un-used motorcycle tracking system.
Attached in pictures is the website of Phantom where you can communicate to insure you are willing to pay for the tracking / monitoring service.
This add is for the tracking unit alone and with no services.
Attention: this unit may be slightly different than the upgraded models advertised by phantom. Either way the unit does have the basic features of theft control. With it on and stolen it will automatically ring the monitoring station. With it not armed, it still can be tracked, but only by you calling the emergency number provided in the manual. This unit does contain the Crash feature. If you crash on that lonely road in nowhere and are laid out and passed out, it will automatically call for help, and the monitoring station will attempt to reach you by phone, if you not answer then emergency services are employed to your location.
Most people taking a ride in the desert get a suprise when they find that their cell phones stop working!! If you have a bad emergency like a snake bit or broke down and no hope for a passer by. No worries, it might be costly to your wallet, but you can locate the unit on your machine. Arm the unit and then conservatively bang it against the frame, to simulate a crash.Then you can either continue trying to get to your destination or sit where you are. Sitting still will probably get you emergency services. Continuing on will get you a law enforcement person.
Fyi i have never tried the above, but according to their monitoring services if the system is armed and they are triggered and you don’t answer then they will act alone to rescue the machine or you.
