PROFESSIONAL QUALITY.  TESTED  Fully Operational.  Ready for use, cord has a couple nicks in it (I taped one), NO bare wires were / are showing.  Has some overspray paint on it (see photos).
Weight: just under 15 1/4 lbs (before boxing for shipment).
