Toyota Land Cruiser FZJ80 1FZ-FE engine, 271K miles, includes accessories

1FZ-FE engine including most of the accessories off of a 1994 Toyota Landcruiser FZJ80 (AC pump not included).  Engine has 271K miles, it runs and drives.  Some residue found inside oil cap states that head gasket most likely has a leak.  Please note some oil leaks on the front of the engine.  Please see the following videos:
