Pictorial Review was a women's magazine published from 1899 to 1939. This pattern is undated. Zoom on envelope images for measurements and instructions, which indicate this pattern is intended for silk ribbon embroidery.
One pattern sheet is complete and the other has been cut up, with some pieces missing. In original envelope. Severe wear and tear to envelope as shown in images.
