    Description

    Guaranteed 100% GENUINE WW2 era Royal New Zealand Air Force NCO's rank insignia sleeve patch
    Many NCO's wore only ONE (1) set of stripes on their right arm = so a "single" like this not necessarily missing its partner :-)
    These veteran-worn stripes DO look as if they were WORN for quite a CONSIDERABLE period of time
    They display considerable USE WEAR (AKA "Patina") and are removed from a Battledress Jacket or Service Dress Uniform sleeve
    POSSIBLY the same chap was promoted to SERGEANT as this and the Sgt Stripes both came from the same estate lot
    Sadly came with no provenance of who wore these (like 99% of all genuine militaria)

    CONDITION = This Vintage item is MORE than 95 years OLD and has likely seen a LOT of USE in a war zone many DECADES but I did not see ANY DAMAGE besides the expected USE-WEAR that you would realistically expect with an AUTHENTIC Item of this age
